Canon 2530. Sending file error 753

MPF Canon 2530i.
We used it to send scans on the server to shared folder. In the current month, the printer stopped sending documents, issuing an error 753.
Printer account can Create\Delete files in folder.
I checked Printer acc on PC. Its work fine.
Ping server with printer's ping tool is success.
SMB Client is on.

Have a look at this EE answer:

https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/26502889/Getting-NG-0753-error-when-trying-to-scan-using-our-Canon-Imagerunner-2525.html

And, this Canon support site suggests:

#0753

•Did a TCP/IP error occur while sending documents to a file server or while sending an e-mail message? (Socket, Select error, etc.)

- Check that the network cable is properly connected between the machine and your computer.
- Check that <USE SMB CLIENT> is set to <ON>.
- Check that <SERVER> of the file server destination is set correctly.
- Check that <WORKGROUP> is set correctly.
- Check that <LM ANNOUNCE> is set to <ON>.
- Check that the Windows Firewall is set properly.
- If the machine still does not operate normally, turn OFF the main power switch of the machine, wait for at least 10 seconds, and then turn it ON again.

Yes, these settings are set correctly. The printer sent scans at the beginning of the month, but stopped at the end of the month. Settings have not changed.
I have 2 Canon 2530 printers that have stopped sending scans. But there is also Canon 2020i, which continues to successfully send scans to the same directory as the 2530 printers. Directory exists on Domain Server
