<li>Create Folder on your desktop, lets say &quot;Project&quot;</li>
<li>Download attached file in &quot;Project&quot; Folder</li>
<li>Create another folder inside Project Folder, lets say &quot;Reports&quot;</li>
<li>Copy all the report file to &quot;Reports&quot; Folder</li>
<li>Open attached file and click button</li>
<li>It will prompt you to select folder, select &quot;Report&quot; folder</li>
<li>That's it, it will create all the Report Files in &quot;Project&quot; Folder</li>
