iTunes Albom Not Fully available

I've purchased several albums via iTunes. However, when I upgraded my iPhone one of the albums is not fully available. Nothing appears when I tap on "Show Complete Album" -- only one song. Please advise.

Try reinstalling iTunes to see if that causes it to pick up the songs. Use the steps below in order.

To uninstall iTunes (V11, 12; Windows 7/810)

Control Panel > Programs and Features:
Uninstall the following in order as shown:

iTunes
Quick Time
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support

Restart the computer.

Remove the folder:

C:\Users\jdhurst\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

Now install the latest version of iTunes and test to see if the songs now show up.
Did you try the solution above?  It only takes a few minutes to try and test the results.

This is on my iPhone, not my computer
Your songs should be held in iTunes, so if you do the iTunes repair and then re-sync, the songs should come back.

In other words, I should do it on the computer first and then re-sync my iPhone?
Yes. My concern is that if your phone is missing songs, and you back it up, songs may go missing in iTunes. You can always get them back, but just keep track of what iTunes has. But once done, yes try re-syncing.
