Add unique id number to dynamic tabs

The above Fiddle shows dynamically created tabs created using a clone method.
When each new tab is created I have the Freight item number title auto increment so as to show Freight item 1, 2 , 3 etc in each new panel title.
Each panel also has its own unique id based on the above numbering system.
What I also need is add to each of the new panels input fields with the corresponding panels id.
For example in panel 3 the input field "entry_line" would become "entry_line_3", "declared_value" would become "declared_value_3" and so on.
Assistance appreciated.
