I assume you mean you are using RRAS (Routing and Remote Access Server) to allow RA (Remote Access) VPNs to the system?

If from the internet you would still need to create a NAT in your firewall to pass the traffic to the RRAS server, and allow all ports or specific ports on the RRAS server, you would also want to setup an address pool on the RRAS server to make sure it can assign local IP addresses on the system to the remote server.

To connect to the remote server you would configure a Windows VPN connection under networking on the server you want to connect from, and you would have to manually start it and log in using whatever method you setup in the RRAS server.

After this, then you would access that remote server by using its Local IP address through the VPN and have to authenticate against it to do so.

there are a lot of variables, and your question is vague, f this isn't something you're familiar with it would make more sense to use a Gig to have an expert assist you further.

You might be better to have a VPN Router (good brand), set up your tunnel to that, and then Servers (as many as you want) are just resources. We do this and once connected, we can connect to any server. Hardware VPN is better, in my opinion, as less frazzle overall.

VPN Routers do tend to provide far easier VPN setups, especially when working with Windoze, because you'll be missing many debug tools available using Linux.

Author solved their problem by changing the VPN user's configuration, apparently they were using a Firewall VPN not a Windows VPN, this was unclear.
