how to edit Business info in Google search results

Hi,

I need to be able to edit the Business information "card" that Google displays when you search for a business.   In fact, what is that Google feature called?  The client wants to change some info in that "card" but whoever set it up for them is no long reachable and no one knows what the google account is or if there was one even set up.
