System32 is no-touch area!!! You should never try to modify that yourself. Tools belong into a different folder.

why you are trying to copy to windows folders?<br />
create a utility folder on c:\ drive or some other drive (c:\utility\sysInternals) and copy to here...<br />
dont mess up with windows folders...

After you copy the files to your C:\Systernals\ folder, you should add that to your system path, so that you don't need to type in the full path to access your systernals tools. &nbsp;Setting the path is the correct way to access your 3rd party tools from the command line. &nbsp;You should never touch system32, as that's for system utilities and dll's.

I have been trying to copy PsExec.exe in to the system32 folder of my server 2012<br />
Every time I get access is denied error<br />
I am logging on as a full domain admin<br />
The copy works on one 2012 server but not the other<br />
I cannot see any difference between the servers or the log on level of the Admin user<br />

I have been through the google sites with no luck
