Sys Internals

I have been trying to copy PsExec.exe in to the system32 folder of my server 2012
Every time I get access is denied error
I am logging on as a full domain admin
The copy works on one 2012 server but not the other
I cannot see any difference between the servers or the log on level of the Admin user

I have been through the google sites with no luck

From target server as admin, can you manually copy psexec from source?
System32 is no-touch area!!! You should never try to modify that yourself. Tools belong into a different folder.
why you are trying to copy to windows folders?
create a utility folder on c:\ drive or some other drive (c:\utility\sysInternals) and copy to here...
dont mess up with windows folders...
After you copy the files to your C:\Systernals\ folder, you should add that to your system path, so that you don't need to type in the full path to access your systernals tools.  Setting the path is the correct way to access your 3rd party tools from the command line.  You should never touch system32, as that's for system utilities and dll's.
