Possible to enable IMAP for all corporate Gmail account users?

I would like to enable IMAP access for all email accounts within a corporate Gmail account.

Is there any way of enabling this for all users through the Admin console or does this have to be enabled for each and every user through their individual Gmail email settings?

This is how:

If you clear the check box, POP and IMAP using modern security standards is enabled for your users, but IMAP for use with less secure apps remains disabled.

For older less Secure IMAP access you need to enable on a per User basis

To use IMAP with less secure apps, users need to enable IMAP in their Gmail settings under Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Then they should follow the instructions in Allowing less secure apps to access your account.
