No access to VCenter

I just installed VCenter server in a windows 2008-R2 server that is on a Domain, this Domain is for testing purposes and I create it using VMWare Workstation 10; I created an ESXi 6.0 host and only 2 Windows 2008-R2 servers under, one a domain controller and the other just a file server with VCenter on it.
When I try to login to VCenter using the web client, there’s no inventory or virtual machines and if I click on the administrator section says I don’t have permissions and if I use the old client I can’t even login, it says I don’t have permissions either, any help will be appreciated.

You have added the ESXi host to vCenter Server ?
No I have not added the ESXi host to VCenter, how do I do that if the Administration section in the web client said I don't have permissions?
I don't think my password is lock since I can login with the web client.
