Make show desktop menu stay at bottom of Samsung Galaxy S8
How can I make the show desktop menu stay at bottom of a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone?
Currently I have to push up at the bottom of the Samsung Galaxy S8 screen to make this menu appear. I would like for it to stay at the bottom of the phone screen at all times.

How can I take a screenshot on a Samsung Galaxy S8?

Yes I want the menu with the three icons at the bottom of the screen to display at all times on my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.
Most of the time this menu doesn't display and I have to scroll upwards on the bottom of the screen to get this menu to appear.

There are 2 basic methods...
press a volume button + the standby button at the same time
or
settings -> advanced features -> palm swipe - set that option on, then swipe the edge of your palm across the screen in either direction, making sure the moving part of your hand contacts the screen in multiple locations (if only one part of your hand is making contact, it could slide the screen instead).
You also have more options like smart select (in settings -> display -> edge screen -> edge panels) and smart capture (settings -> advanced features -> smart capture), but those are superfluous to basic screen caps (making a GIF from multiple caps is handy, though).
There is no way to do what you want.
"Another feature very much worth noting under this section is “Unlock with Home button.” With this function enabled, a constant Home button is shown while the display is off. Hard pressing on this button will bypass the lock screen and immediately take you to the home screen. For those concerned about security, don’t worry, if your phone is password protected or otherwise locked, there is no bypassing for unknown users."

The closest way to do what you want is to display the virtual home button at all time by doing the change in Settings above.
