Hi Spac3_Pirat3, both pc's are the same IPv4 Default Gateway which is 192.168.1. My Laptop with an OS of Windows 10 can ping with other pcs but the other pcs cannot ping to my laptop. I can share a file On my Laptop and this visible to other pc's. On my laptop, executing this command, tracert -d ... will have this result Tracing route to 192.168.1.46 over a maximum of 30 hops
1 4 ms 1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.46
Trace complete. While the other pc's who will use this command, for my laptop "Request time out!"

Hi Qlemo, I tried also disabling Domain, Private, and Public profile and still can't ping ... Does the Windows 10 Home Single has this feature? I tried reformatting my laptop twice and still got the same result.

Hi Spac3_Pirat3, You've got it. I found the cause of the problem. It is in Anti-Virus Firewall. Thanks a lot for your suggestion and more power to you!
Awesome :) you are welcome 😁
An AV firewall should switch off Windows Firewall, as AV does with Defender. Having two of the same kind running is prone to issues only very difficult to find out about.
