I have developed an Excel spreadsheet to help manage the finances.
My Indian partners record expenses during the day in diaries and then transfer this information into their copy of the spreadsheet at the end of the week.
Im looking for a way they can quickly record expenses on their phone at the time, and have this uploaded into an online version of the spreadsheet when they are back at office with internet connection.
Google sheets forms looked like a simple method but required web access to enter date. Smartsheet is an option.
I was wondering if there is a suitable simple and low expense option that would work with my Excel spreadsheet.

Its a big spreadsheet.
Was looking for a simple form to enter data from phone, which can then update spreadsheet in cloud. Like the 'form' feature of Google sheets. But needs web access.
