And how would you do this? Long time no speak Vasil. I know the ALL USER cant be controlled through exchange like any other group, correct me if I am wrong.<br />

What I need is to just exclude the externals from ALL USER emails.<br />

An easy question for someone no doubt.<br />

I have a list of contacts (200) in exchange online that appear in the GAL and post fixed to show they are external contacts. If someone is writing to the ALL USER group will the external contacts also appear in that list? Is they do, is there a way to prevent that?<br />

I have a list of contacts (200) in exchange online that appear in the GAL and post fixed to show they are external contacts. If someone is writing to the ALL USER group will the external contacts also appear in that list? Is they do, is there a way to prevent that?

Additionally all external contacts as suppliers and have been added to a SUPPLY CHAIN distribution list
