I have a PC that use outlook with POP3 it work normally, but when i copy that mail file (.pst) to another computer and config it i got nothing error, but the new PC doesn't receive all mail as the original computer. And i am sure that it's new virus on new pc.

I would firstly have to ask if you still want to keep using POP3.

You mentioned that you open the PST on another computer then try to download new messages after setting up the account. Have you noticed any patterns in emails you cannot see? Like the once since a certain date?
like same pst in both the machine with one mail account.
then as it's POP account, so one you have received mails in the first machine, those mails you will not download in second machine.
hope I am correct.
What is the antivirus software installed in the new computer?

Have you done a full virus scan in your old computer using the same antivirus software?

Are you still using the old computer?

i had the same issue once when outlook still was active (in tasklist) at the old computer. then, it still fetches the mails from mail server on a periodic base, and the new computer wouldn't receive those mails since they already were deleted at the server.

you could change to IMAP on both computers which would solve the issue, since the mails were kept on the server for some time. unfortunately you can't change an account in outlook from POP3 to IMAP (it was some years ago when i did so. they might have changed this with newer versions), but create a new account and deactivate the old one. so it might create some work if you configured as you was used to.
