This is a very generic question.
What kind of role are you applying to? The interview questions may vary depending on the role.
It's for a DBA role?
Or for a SQL developer role?
Or for a BI / Data Analysis role?
I have an SSIS version of this ... SSIS Interview Questions.

Note this paragraph

A Reality Check
For starters, if you are asking 'Any idea how to prepare for an SSIS interview?' in general terms the day before an interview, then you're probably not qualified for the job.

In my opinion if you have to ask for interview questions then you're likely not qualified for the job.  You may fool a recruiter, and maybe a hiring manager that has not been technical for a long time, but you won't fool a technical person.  So I propose that you emphasize past projects, motivation, and willingness to learn.

The same goes for certification exams, as it takes years of experience to know the material well enough to pass the exam, and cramming with publicly available previous questions only provides marginal value.
@JimHorn

I think he is looking for resources to help him prepare for certification. It doesn't matter how experienced you are and how prepared you are for a DBA position, when it comes to certification questions you HAVE TO prepare.

@Chandra

Here is something usefull:

You could also search for more resources.
Zberteoc - Sounds like the minimal question he provided was interviews and certification, and do me a favor and respond to the asker and not other expert's comments.  I really have no interest to go look at YouTube videos in response to a question that I didn't ask.
@JimHorn

First, I will answer to whom I want, if I think appropriate to clarify the question,  and you should read and answer to whom you want. Don't tell anybody what they should do or not do. It's not nice. :)

Second, I explicitly specified to whom I addressed in my post. The links were not for you but feel free to watch them :)
Actually the post was altered hours afterwards to add the @Chandra tag.  Thanks for clarifying.
Not hours, minutes. You noticed hours later. :)

@Zberteoc Thanks you very much. I am planing to do SQL Server certification,Youtube resoucrce is great help but some links/url's will be great help.looking for some nice reources which can set me in right direction. Thanks for sharing those useful links. Really appreciate it
Chandra, don't go to any interview yet unless you feel comfortable with the role. It's better to loose a year or so studying and getting more knowledge on the field and then apply to a job. Maybe start with a junior position so you can get the experience.
Good luck.
I'll modify Victor's above comment a little, and am interested in his response.

It's okay to go to an interview for a higher position or one that you may not be well qualified for if they choose to interview you.  BUT don't try to fool the interviewer by making them think you have more experience then you do.   Most hiring managers have a stack of resumes of candidates to interview, and a good percentage of those people are not truthful on their skillsets.*  If a technical interviewer thinks you're lying/embellishing your skills, that's pretty much the end of any job offer chances.  This also means be wary of any third-party recruiters that will take your resume and do their own embellishing.  Try to avoid these people.

Better to say things like 'I don't know how to do that, BUT the first place I would look to learn solutions is x, y, and z... '

This way they believe you are honest, and you never know they may offer you a lower position that is more aligned with your current skillsets, which you can use to learn these skills and advance your career.  That's a win-win.

*  As a complete aside, I'm pretty sure that there are a couple of languages on Earth where 'I know how to spell x' translates in English to 'I have 2-3 years experience in x.'
