MX-5020HPM repair

I'm looking for diagnosis based on maxent 5020 HPM video Behavior it flickers at startup for approximately 90 seconds and then goes to a solid blue screen but at exactly down the middle, at half of the screen horizontally, left and right... , it is split where one half is different.  in the left1/2 looks like the darkest black is been replaced with a green pixel and then on the right half it is almost a sort of a fuzzy, jittery kind of aspect to it and the gamma also seems to be off I have photos of the behavior and looking forward to doing the repair

post one or more pictures, showing the problems
caused by bad surface mount caps. Check on ebay for a repair kit it's the only place I know where one exists.

have you a COLOR picture.. I can't see a problem with a BW picture google tv test pattern for some images
already have back off, did you see video?
probably he means electrolytic capacitors -  there were bad ones, causing bulging or leaking problems
here an example how they look in a PC :

From my research it definitely is the surface capacitors there are some kids on eBay but none of them are for my exact model any idea which kit I should purchase there's four different ones for different models for known surface caps that blow and they're only 20 bucks each but I wanted to make sure I get the right one
