How to make questions NOT searchable by Google?

I just noticed this seems to have changed with EE, as I Googled a question and noticed one of my EE posts showed up. I don't want that to happen. Previously EE gave a setting that caused the questions to not be searchable on Google.  How do I get back to that?

Yeah, that search engine thing is a problem. There should be a way to restrict the question from search engines. Otherwise our company details and/or machine details that should not be searchable by Google, are.

Typically you don't want to share actual private information with regards to data or company configuration and hardware.  Even with private questions that should not have been done.  Always use same data and obfuscate any sensitive info when posting to Experts Exchange, nothing of a sensitive nature should be placed in the questions.
