Which version of MS Office Pro will work with Exchange 2007?

We use Exchange 2007 on our SBS 2008 server.  All our workstations are using MS Office Pro 2007 and OS Win7Pro.  I have a new person starting soon and will be setting them up with a Windows 10 Pro machine. Need to figure out which MS Office Pro will work with our Exchange server 2007

The 1st answer gives you what you asked, and the second one it's the reasons why you shouldn't keep using such an old exchange server now. Just sometimes we aren't so evident of how many times passed from one to other releases (2007 -> 2016 lastest release

Ex2007 was released on: (March 8, 2007)
Ex2016 (latest Release was on June 27,2017)

So it has been a little more than 10 years between those 2. also the exchange 2007 ended it's "Life Cicle" on April 11, 2017 (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Exchange-2007-End-of-Life-Roadmap-c3024358-326b-404e-9fe6-b618e54d977d

What are my options?

With Exchange 2007 reaching its End of Life, this is a great time to explore your options and prepare a migration plan. You can:

Migrate to Office 365 using cutover, staged, or hybrid migration;

Migrate your Exchange 2007 servers to a newer version of Exchange on your on-premises servers.

The following sections explore each option in more detail.
