SharePoint Farm Errors
I have a website and intranet hosted on the same farm and recently it has been going through a number of down times. Two servers are involved, the application server and the database server - both servers are on one server cluster under the same domain. Initially we had rectified the downtime by synchronizing dates and times on the cluster.
Below are the recurring errors from windows event logs:

What could be the possible cause of this?
