Can you please show with details, how you produce the file, in above? Is it by Windows painter?

All of these methods described above except #a42251524 produces a low-quality image because it is sized up as a raster. Mine is a vector and can be printed to any size, even the size of a building, without losing quality

Sorry, Is "Resize" the only way for this? Any other ways?

But, you need to understand how to make the best use of a vector image and force it to the size you want
