NetApp N3400 LUNs not visible to ESXi 6.0 hosts.

Experts!  I have two IBM X3650 M3 direct connected via iSCSI to a N3400 NAS running OnTAP  7.3.1.  VM Host server VH001 can connect to the N3400 Volume SAN001a.  Host server VH002 can connect to the N3400 Volume SAN001b.  But I’m not able to get host server VH00a to connect to N3400 volume SAN00b or Server VH002 connect to N3400 volume SAN00a.  I had VMWare support check out my ESXi settings and after a few hrs they concluded that the N3400 was not presenting itself correctly.  Any suggestions?

I've attached snapshots of each controllers configurations.

Thanks!

Sounds like a permission problem. Are your igroups configured correctly to allow both ESX hosts to access the LUNs?

I have authentication set up for non on all the initiators.  Additionally as I mentioned each host can connect to one Volume and each host is part of the same initiator.
But do the igroups allow each host to connect to the LUNs?
Here are the LUN, Initiator,(igroup) and IP configurations on one of the controllers.

Robocat, one igroup per controller with both initiators in each igroup with the LUNs apped to each igroup is how I initially had it set up.  I'm traveling to the remote location next week and may try removing all igroup, initiators and mappings and starting over.

Thanks.
Hope everything works out.
