Salesforce Migration from Access database

My nonprofit organization in Los Angeles is ready to migrate our current Microsoft Access database to the Salesforce and NPSP platform. I have received SOWs from three Salesforce recommended implementers, and, while I'm certain they all are very competent I don't want to break my budget for this project. Can anyone recommend an alternative company that would be able to handle this migration?  No de-duping or data cleaning is necessary as these processes have been completed.

I recommend you implement yourself (and also do comparison with Sugar CRM or other platform that may fit your needs if budget is an issue) and just use outside resources for specific code or data import needs you cannot handle.  If interested, you can reach out to me but know you are not officially accepting gigs.  However, if budget is a concern, I suggest self implementation not because it is sooo easy (but could be) but you will want to build bench strength in Salesforce and Apex knowledge internally for long-term support or you definitely will not keep a budget as SF is not cheap.
What type of data do you have in Access?  If it already is cleansed data, do you just need to import Account, Contact, et cetera?
Export you MS access table as csv file and then use Salesforce Apex Dataloader (A free tool provided by Salesforce) to upload this csv to Salesforce object by defining mapping. You can do it yourself and don't need 3rd party. You can download Apex DataLoader from within Salesforce after login just search for the same in Search Text box.
