Do you know what make of Audio you have? &nbsp; Conexant on my Lenovo machine needs the very newest Windows 10 Driver. <br />

Uninstalling the software for the Analog Devices driver (Which was replaced by Windows update), and then reinstalling fixed the problem. &nbsp; No sign of driver update for Audio in Windows update after checking several times for new updates.

Everything worked fine until a Windows update installed the other day and then no audio. &nbsp;Looking at Playback devices show none present. &nbsp;Device manager shows the Audio device installed with drivers from 7/27/17, but no roll back drivers available. &nbsp; Uninstalling the device and detecting new devices produces the same driver and same result. &nbsp;Looking up the hardware ID leads me to Analog Devices which has no driver updates and directs users to Conexant (Who also has no drivers I can find). &nbsp;Dell has no drivers available beyond Windows 7.
