how to cut vga and join new

i have a old crt and i have cutted the old vga cable and i want to join anew monitor vga cable how can i do it

That is not practical to do.

1. For sure, joining cable like this (joining the internal wires) will cause impedance problems in the cable.
2. I think the cable may be shielded and you cannot join shielding.

You need to get a new cable and then terminate it inside the old CRT. You may need some small parts to do this.

you may have to look up the connections on both - and verify they correspond, before joining them
usually, i do that BEFORE cutting the cable
