Do you mean Reduce the size of OS/Volume Partition D and Increase the OS/Volume Partition of C: ?

are both C; and D: on the same virtual disk ?

yes they are on the same virtual disk. yes reduce disk D adn increase disk cC

You will need to use a third party tool, to reduce the partition of D:, and then increase the partition of C:

If you look in my EE Article, you can find a third party tool to download.

HOW TO:  Resize a VMware (VMDK) Virtual Disk

You may find it easier to create a new virtual disk E:, move the data from D: to E:, and then change the remove the D: partition, re-assign E: to D:.

and just Expand C:
