What incoming/outgoing servers should I use for setting up IMAP client?

In my Exchange environment, I have a public-facing Spamtitan server doing receiving/sending and spam-filtering, etc. Behind it is the Exchange 2007 with Hub Transport, Client Access and Mailbox roles. The other public-facing server is the OWA server with Client Access role.

I need help with setting up an IMAP client.
First of all, in my environment as above, what should the incoming/outgoing email servers be?
Secondly, in Binding tab, it is port 143 for TLS and port 993 for SSL.
in Authentication tab, 'Secure logon' is checked while the X.509 certificate name is the OWA server name.

Can you help please?

Thanks Adam. Sorry I was pulled off for days.
I'm able to set up an IMAP client (Outlook) to successfully receive mails but just NOT able to send. Here is my setting in the Internet Email Settings / More Settings / Advanced tab:

Incoming server (IMAP): 993 using SSL
Outgoing server (SMTP): 25 using SSL

When I hit "Test Account Settings", the test successfully logged on to the incoming server but got the error for connecting to outgoing server:
"Send test email message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. "

The OWA I connect to is a 2007 with just CA role and its Send Connectors is with the following settings:
General tab: the FQDN this connector will provide is: the other 2007 server with HT, CA and MB roles
Address Space tab: SMTP * 2
Network tab: "route mail through the following smart hosts" is checked. (the Spamtitan server's IP is listed here.)
Source Server tab: the other 2007 server with HT, CA and MB roles

If the outgoing port is not 25, where/how to verify what it shoud be?
What could be wrong? Can you shed some light on this? Thanks.
It works now. The outgoing server is the internal 2007 server with HT, CA, MB roles with port 25 and auto. I do have another 2010 OWA and its IMAP is not working. I will start another thread. Thanks.
