PDF Maker from Adobe 9 is way to old for Office 2016. You need a much newer version of Adobe for that. <br />
<br />
If you are using Adobe as a Printer only, try reinstalling the Printer Driver. <br />
<br />
I suggest, however, you upgrade Adobe.

As Experienced Member stated that version is way to old. You need to upgrade to the latest Adobe. You will find that in the link I posted as well.

Users with office 2016 are trying to save files including word and excel as PDFs, they go to the print option and choose adobe 9, once they do so and click print the office application crashes, we have tried other print to PDF options and they have worked successfully, can anyone advise?
