Adobe Acrobat conversion from Word 2016 won't copy some colors

When we go to print to PDF a word document nearly everything prints fine.
There is a area of the right side of the page that has some border coloring that isn't following the pdf. I believe its shading.

We highlight a couple of values with green but they don't come through as shaded when we convert the word document to a PDF.
I have gone through and tried to adjust acrobat and word settings. But the document conversion still doesn't appear to be working.

What version of Adobe?   Adobe Acrobat V2017 is recently out.

Not sure on margins. His looks just like mine does when I click the area of the document. I see the same thing on the ruler that his shows
Try narrowing the page a bit (bigger margins).
When you say Narrowing the page a bit, what do you need me to click on?
Go to Page Setup and make the side margins a bit bigger
