need show weekdays in form

Will the data in columns I, J and K always be 1, 2, 3?
Will the data in each of those columns always be the same? In other words if I5 = "5", will I7, I9, I11 be "5'"?

data in column I J K    is the number  M5

example  if  M5 is 7 4 8  

then  I5= 7   , J5 = 4    k5=  8

M7= 894

I7=8 , j7= 9,   k7= 4
