Repair 0 Byte EDB File

I had a disk error that was fixed, however, it caused my Exchange 2016 EDB file to now show 0 Bytes. The database cannot be mounted. I have tried all eseutil commands, but they all give jet error -1206, and state the file is corrupt. There is no backup, as the disk error was not allowing a proper backup to be generated. Is there any way to recover? If not, how do you create a new "first container" database for administration and system files?

The storage pool showed errors that needed to be fixed. The disks were taken offline and the repair was made. When the pool went online, the EDB file showed 0 Bytes, and is not repairable utilizing any of the eseutil commands.
