How many tracking logs do you currently have in the directory?
Are you sure that all the logs in aggregate are not exceeding the 1,000 MB limit?
Also, have you restarted the Microsoft Exchange Transport service?
Alan.

hi Alan,
I have increased the directory size to 4 GB. Is it possible or any way to recover the old logs files for last one month.

Thanks for Support.
To check the obvious: Are you sure that the logs are not hitting the 10MB maximum?
How large is the log file currently?
Thanks,
Alan.
