I am trying to understand the Microsoft product that fits this if there is one.<br />

Ok so I am aware with on-premise active directory and group policy we can do things like folder re-direction and have people save data to servers etc. Plus have<br />
a verious department have a shared network via AD group.<br />

Ok in a cloud world how can we do this without an on-premise active directory if possible?<br />
