Hi,
I got problem, to put all 4 files (as attached) into one FTP site, that not all files can be successfully processed. But there is no problem at all, if I one by one, put the file, there is no problem to process all files. What can be the reasons to this?

How do you "put" the files "into" the FTP? FileZilla?

It is using customized library to upload the file into FTP

Commented:
OK. Library means Software. Is it developed by you or third party? In other words, what's the name of this Library/Software?

Strivoli,
It is using library provided by https://netftp.codeplex.com/

It seams to be dead thus unsupported (last update dated 2014). You might have hit a bug that could not be fixed. Did you consider moving to FluentFTP?

Can I have more details of the bug? But the same vendor is having no problem to FTP site of other company, while they claimed that they had the problem to our FTP site.

Your sites may be running different FTP server software.  They are not all the same and sometimes they are not compatible.  What FTP software have you used to transfer files to your server?

Thanks.
Are you sure different/incompatible FTP software could lead to issues as mentioned?

It's possible, but since we don't have full visibility, it's hard to say for certain. It could also be your FTP setup is different than that other client of theirs. There are a number of variables at play.

I don't know if they ever got into the usage of FluentFTP, which is the successor, but here are a list of known issues with it: https://github.com/hgupta9/FluentFTP/issues

What are these variables?

There could be a lot of things including software bug, FTP server, quality of connection between the vendor and the server... even your firewall.

Thanks a lot.
The question is, everything would be fine, if we put the file one by one. How to ensure there would be no problem, when we each time, put several files into FTP?

Exactly what error are you getting with multiple files? Connection timed out?
