Power Shell script that will display user's AD logon name and last time AD password was changed

I need a Power Shell script that will generate a .CSV file that when viewed within Excel will show all user's Active Directory logon names (in column A) and the date that user's AD password was last changed (in column B).

They are 2 parameters for the same thing... I mean your comment is still incorrect
I don't think there is an attribute called PasswordLastSet

There is a property called PasswordLastSet. two different properties for the same value. My point is that "it exists the property" that I used in my original answer. That's all
i don't think my statement is wrong.

there isn't an Active Directory Attribute called PasswordLastset.

and you are right, and as i mentioned on my previous post, there is a property called PasswordLastset, which is date time value of pwdlastset.
Well, Mr Yeung, Your certification is in the Windows' client side, all mine are on the server's side, just to point it out. This is a question related to the Samaccountname and the PasswordLastSet. that is already solved. It's not a discussion about if there is or there isn't  a value on the AD schema. It's solved it. let's keep it simple.
