On “eBay Kleinanzeigen” we just put say "Negotiation", provide email or/and phone number and then the price is known afterwards.

Paul, I am not entirely sure I was following you with respect to how your answer ties into my question. The question was seeking answers relating to online sites which feature free advertising of merchandise. It is not about pricing of merchandise. However, I do appreciate your link which addresses the methods of setting a reserve price for commodities advertised on ebay.

but “eBay Kleinanzeigen” in Germany can cover both requests, it is also free of charge
