There should be no issues, with any communications between different installations of VMware Workstation VMs, when using Bridged Networking in the Host.

mikrotik router RB750r2. - never used one.

But if configured correctly, with default gateways and routing, it should route traffic between different networks.

that's why looking for guy who can confirm me, whether mikrotik router rb750r2 will work or not!. after confirmation, i will buy router.

for 5 subnets, i guess, vlan pass and trunking will enough from router part.
Never heard of the router, we use virtual routers, there are many to select, other than Cisco physical routers.

Purchasing a router seems overkill for a lab to be honest. They should all do the same function after configuration.

You would be wise to look at AutoLab, which already contains VLANs, and a Router and all configured for VMware vSphere Lab Work.

http://www.labguides.com/autolab/
is this free?
Yes, completely free, written and developed by VMware vExperts, for vExperts and other's wanting to build Labs for vSphere!

and the advantage, it can be rebuilt over and over quickly by scripts so you can continue to use Evaluation versions of VMware vSphere.
can i deploy vmware NSX on it? how can i use , any guide?
Yes, it's a complete Cluster environment, so any of the vSphere products can be installed, providing vSphere NSX Manager prerequisites are meet.
how to use this lab? any guide or video link?
