Printing PDF files from Citrix doesn't select the default printer
We have two Citrix servers and when we try to print a PDF from one of them it doesn't select the default printer. We have to manually select which printer to use.

Can you check the citrix policy and see the setting configured - Do not adjust the user's default printer this should be disabled.

What setting am I looking for?
Would try to publish notepad too and check the selected printer within notepad.
This is the current "default printer". Should match the clients default printer if all is configured correctly.
Some PDF-Viewers keep selected printers ... also if this is not the default printer.

don't know (and can't find informations about) such settings ...
do your users edit PDF-Files or is using another PDF-viewer an option?
we use foxit reader without problems.
