Hello. &nbsp;We are experiencing an issue isolated to one user (out of around 400) that has her Citrix session lock up for about 15-20 seconds when either receiving a Calendar notification or a Skype message. &nbsp;I've tried everything I can think of. &nbsp;We rebuilt her Citrix profile, updated latest audio drivers, upgraded to Citrix 4.8, etc. &nbsp;Also worth noting is I delayed her sound via Skype and the delay was reduced to a mere 2-3 seconds. &nbsp;Has anyone else experienced this issue with Outlook or Skype? &nbsp;Thank you.

I've tried everything I can think of.
