My customer hired a new Web Designer and he moved the domain name and hostname server to Google. &nbsp;We are now having problems configuring Outlook 2016 on a laptop. &nbsp;When we run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 we get the following error.<br />

An intermediate web server at <a href="https://customerdomain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml" rel="ugc">https://customerdomain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml</a>&nbsp;is interfering with AutoDiscover service and responding with incomplete data. I send this error message to the WebDesigner and he states it is not his problem, it is the email administrator problem. &nbsp;<br />

How can we prove this is something he needs to fix or where can we find information on how to disable the Autodiscover feature on his web server?
