Quickbooks 2011 Pro Will not intstall

I have a client running Windows 7-64bit and attempting to install Outlook 2011-Pro

After installing The Licenses it takes only about 10 Seconds till it gets to the Installation of Flash when it Crashes.

Please view the Error messages in Order.

1) Failed to Install < Adobe Flash Player ActiveX Setup
2) FP_AX_MSI-INSTALLER.exe installer error message
3) 2nd Installer Error Message
4) MSI 1603 error message

I have already reinstalled flash Player

Installing from a Download

Re-Downloaded and same issue

Created new user and tried that...Same issue

Always crashes on Flash install

Try another computer. Another user would give the same results if there is a problem with that system's OS.

I installed the QB on another Computer and it installed Perfectly

If Flash and .NET are up to date on the other computer, then please do a Windows Repair Install on the problem computer.

Did Everything and still will not install on the Computer

So QB installs fine on another computer and not in any way on this computer including a new Windows User Account.

So backup, format and reinstall Windows . That will be the solution here.

Ended up Downloading Microsoft Fix-it for Installing and Uninstalling a program

Selected Uninstall and pointed to the Flash player

Installed Quickbooks and it installed without a hitch,
