Would you describe exactly what is seen when the system tries to start, including any messages?

Hi Expert,

I have a hand on the laptop and it's really can't boot to the desktop, it's windows 10 and it happens after an update. After few force boot, I am getting BSOD but no error code or other information was given, sometime it will hang on the BSOD and auto repair will hang, did a Dell SupportAssist hardware test and the hardware is working fine, on the F12 boot menu it's unable to found both my thumb drive also thus unable to repair the os and reformat. Appreciate if advice is given.

Thanks!
Try to Re-seat and test RAM modules one by one.
