Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups

Hi,

I keep getting delivery failure error messages from different domains. I also get "The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk."

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: xxxxx.xxxx.local

xxxxxx@domain.com
#550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired ##


This is an Exchange 2010 environment.

Hi Ajay,

The recipient address is valid. The error message is received, regardless of the number of recipients.


Note
Multiple staff are receiving the delivery failure messages.

In addition to the above, users are also receiving the: xxxx.xxxx.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:

xxxx@xxx.com

xxxx.xxxx.com gave this error:
#5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected.

We have also been black listed recently for spamming.

I did appeal the blacklisting and we were removed but I can't figure out why.

Just used mxtoolbox to check SPF. Result:

Test: DNS Record Published
Result: DNS Record not found

Your DNS hosting provider is "XXXXX"

Try to configure the SPF below:
        v=spf1 mx a mail.xxxx.com include:secureserver.net ~all


Result:
