Best POE Silent 10/100 and Gigabit UnManaged Network Switch

I am looking for some good quality unmanaged network switch for my small business.

They will be running everything from Pcs to cameras.

I would like something of very good quality and reliability/

I am looking for an 8 port.

Is there any more risk of overheating, fire or failure to switches that have no fan to cool them?

Anyone got a good recommendation for a good quality, 8 port, POE, silent network switch I would really appreciate it.

A lot of 8 port units tend to be quiet. I happen to prefer the Cisco SG200-08P. I have also used Trendnets for this but they have some limitations in terms of the number of POE+ devices you can have connected at once. Just make sure wherever you keep the switch has decent ventilation.

I notice that only 4 ports are non-POE.

I think I would prefer to have all POE ports, that way I don't need to worry about which devices are connected to which port, etc, does this make sense,

Are there good 8 port switches with all ports POE?
