Smart Card

I have a customer who is receiving the following error when she tries to login to her system:

"The revocation status of the smart card certificate used for authentication could not be determined."

However, she can go down the hall and login successfully on a different PC.

Would this be a client-side issue with her machine or a problem with the CA?

This is great information! When I went to help the customer, she received a different error message -- saying that there was no computer account on the domain for her system. This made sense because we have a few machines floating around with bad computer names, which we are aware of. I'm not sure why she received the other error first. Thanks for the help...
