I've been using Remote Desktop for years to access Windows computers remotely, but I've always been able to connect to the remote IP. Now I need to connect to a workstation behind a firewall, so I can't connect directly via IP, neither can I port forward.<br />

I know there are programs out there to do this -- I've had tech-support people connect to my computer before.<br />
