tomcat admin console not opening

Hi,

I have tomcat 8 configuted in eclipse.

i am trying to access admin console at
http://localhost:8080/manager/html
it asked username password which i gave admin and admin
now i am getting
Unauthorized
error.

i do not exactly remember port and username and password

how to double check and if needed change them


i installed other server tomcat 9 when i try to start by adding ear
http://localhost:9090/restws/
i get below error

Can’t reach this page

•Make sure the web address http://localhost:9090 is correct
•Search for this site on Bing
•Refresh the page


where i can see server log for error message or client log.
not sure if issue is with ear or server.
as attached i do see 404 error does that mean that 404 coming from server?
server starting fine without the ear though
please advise
