Start by look in Control Panel, Credential Manager for the credential above. Remove it, restart IE 11 and try again.

If that fails, do a full Reset of IE 11 (IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and click on Reset. Choose All. This removes forms and passwords, so know that.

Doesn't work :(
If credential manager does not work, try the full IE reset (which requires you to restart the computer)

If full reset does not work, make a new, test Windows User Profile (Account) . Log into the new Windows Account and test IE

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.
To prove your theory, try IE on a different computer. If IE on any computer does not work, it is a problem with the website. If IE works on another computer, then it is likely a problem as I have described,
I should say that the site comes up for me, but I am using Windows 10.

it`s up for me too, but I can`t log in...
Whose site? Can you check with their support people? Have you logged in before with the same or different IP Address?

Looks like something's amiss with this site's SSL cert.

If you own this site, you can fix it. If not, then likely you won't be able to access this site, unless you disable whatever plugin is generating the message your seeing.

net12 # curl -I -L https://go.csfarmers.com/vpn/index.html
curl: (60) server certificate verification failed. CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt CRLfile: none
More details here: https://curl.haxx.se/docs/sslcerts.html

curl performs SSL certificate verification by default, using a "bundle"
of Certificate Authority (CA) public keys (CA certs). If the default
bundle file isn't adequate, you can specify an alternate file
 using the --cacert option.
If this HTTPS server uses a certificate signed by a CA represented in
the bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to a
problem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name might
not match the domain name in the URL).
If you'd like to turn off curl's verification of the certificate, use
 the -k (or --insecure) option.

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=go.csfarmers.com&latest suggests the cert is good + cert score is "C".

This is very ugly.

Many newer browsers + security plugins will block sites with low scores, like "C" + "T" (worse then "C").

If you're the site owner, you'll require fixing this.

https://go.csfarmers.com This site. I don't have any support from them right now. Yes, I logged before with the same IP . Friday was working fine, but now I can`t pass . My username and password are correct, because is provided by a token.
Also the cert chain is incomplete, meaning their can be no guarantee the cert was actually issued by Symantec.

Then there's the ongoing war between Google + Symantec, which means if you're using latest Chrome, there's a good chance all Symantec certs will be flagged as suspicious... depending on current status of their war...

Please update this question with whether you're the owner of https://go.csfarmers.com or not, as this will determine next steps.

No, I`m not the owner of this site..
Please disable and firewall and retest. also try to put the website name in trusted website in IE and retest.
If you aren't the owner of the site, there's very little you can do.

IE docs state the message you're seeing relates to supplying an incorrect user name or password for some time of auto login function.

When I visit this site using Mac + Chrome (latest), the message I see is...

CITRIX NetScaler Gateway

Please download the software that handles this check.

I'd say this site has serious problems + if you don't own the site, you'll have to wait till they fix multiple things, including...

1) Installing an SSL cert which has a property certificate chain (per SSLLabs tester).

2) Correcting their SSL configuration to disable hackable ciphers (per SSLLabs tester).

3) Correcting whatever problem Citrix is sensing, so site access is granted.

So, little you can do about any of this.
