Server 2003 not allowing RDP Connections (RPC Server Unavailable)

I just rebuilt this clients main server this weekend and they've got an old legacy server that hosts some accounting software. A Few users RDP into it to work so after I rebuilt the DC and got everything configured I rebooted the 2003 Server Machine and now am unable to RDP into it. I'm getting RPC Server Unavailable message at the RDP login window. I've checked and the RPC service is running on that server.

Has anyone ever seen this before? thoughts?

Hi,

Are you able to ping the server? and able to access resources in it? Why did you rebuilt the DC? is the DC name or domain name changed after the rebuild?

Are you able to RDP other machines/servers from that non-working server? Is the remote desktop services started on the server? what about the windows firewall status?

What about the 'fdenyTSConnections 'registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\current controlset\Control\Terminal Server)? should be 0.
