webmail access
Bought a new HP desktop and it wont let me use my cogeco webmail. I tells me wrong password.
Tried the WiFi password but that wont work either.
Fortunately I still have my old laptop so I can access the webmail via that route.

Is the antivirus or firewall on the new HP Laptop blocking your web mail? Try a different browser in your new laptop (Edge, IE, Chrome). Any difference?
wifi password is for Windows, not for your host email -- the credentials will be different.
when you set it up again, record the username and password so when this happens again, you won't lose too much time.

I expect the webmail password on the old computer should work as it works on the old computer.
Call Cogeco Support to reset your webmail password. this password is not the same as your admin password for the router or your wireless passwordl
True, but the other computer webmail password was working and so should work in the new system. However, reset it if that helps.
