any help on setting up two Dell powervault 220s 14 bay storage units on one dual port SCSI card?
Would like to do the above and see two 'banks' of 14 drives, when/if I get that solved will go to learning how to configure raid arrays in at leaet one to them.
New to all this but the powervaults while old to work in that I can see them in the system, but only one box connected at a time to single port SCSI card.

14 disks on a SCSI bus is a bit of an overkill, depending on what SCSI BUS you have it will be overwhelmed or very overwhelmed by that many drives!
i see the machine supports U320 SCSI ie max 320MB/s, that means that only about 5 drives will saturate the bus (at best)
Is the SCSI card a RAID card or are you planning on using software RAID?
